The Study Of The Law Problem Of NPO Information Disclosure

In the special historical period of China's developing socialist market economic system, a large number of the non-profit organization in the economic and social environment has produced a considerable number of social problems, which need to establish the legal systems of information disclosure as an important means of social supervision mechanism, in order to achieved non-profit organization's normal and independent development, to achieve its purpose to protect the public interest, to achieve its social function to recruit and allocate the social recourses, to build a socialist harmonious society with for-profit organizations and government.However, there is rarely study for the legal system of NPO information disclosure in the academic circles, and the content of the legal system of NPO information disclosure is scattered in the existing non-profit organizations information disclosure laws, administrative regulations and departmental rules, non-profit organizations, so the legal system of NPO information disclosure has not been established. Therefore, based on the relevant research of predecessors and the existing information disclosure laws and regulations, this thesis will pose the concept of non-profit organization and its legal system of information disclosure, in order to establish the legal system of NPO information disclosure, which is an effective means of social monitoring mechanisms for non-profit organizations. With the idea of open channels of information disclosure of the non-profit organizations from its own, government departments and organizations for evaluation, the thesis will improve the legal problems of non-profit organizations information disclosure.In this thesis, there is three parts: First, the legal problems of non-profit organizations information disclosure, its improvement, the legal system of NPO information disclosure posed and this series of duty of NPO information disclosure; moreover, the improvement of social supervision mechanism to ensure information disclosure; finally, the responsibilities from bearing the duty of information disclosure.
