Study On The "People-oriented" Idea Of Communist Party Of China

Facing the complex international and domestic situation, aiming at the concrete world condition ,national situation and party condition basing on the inheritance of Marxist humanist idea , the absorption and drawing lessons from the Chinese traditional people idea and summarizing the Chinese and Foreign development theory and practice experience ,the Party's central collective leadership of new session have put forward the people-oriented idea since the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China. It is precious experience that our party tallies up from several decades of ruling practice. Its formation reflects party's continuously deepening of the understanding to the practice and development regulation of socialist modernization construction and marks the further sublimation of the ruling idea of the party. Undoubtedly, the meaning is profound to pursue further study to this ideology whatever for appreciating and holding its spirit substantial, or strengthening the enthusiasm of the people for carrying out. This thesis proposes some thinking from the angle of"studying on the thought of'people-oriented'of CPC", inquiring the basis of putting forward this idea, main connotation, value meaning, existent problem and counter plan. The thesis consists of four parts:The first part discusses the formation basis of"people-oriented idea". The article points out: the development of this thought is definitely not- accidental. Its formation have decorous theory sources and practice basis. At first the article analyzes the theory basis of putting forward this idea from two aspects: Marxist humanist idea; the traditional people-oriented thought of ancient society of china. Then mainly concerns with the practice basis of the thought from three aspects: the request from the purpose of CPC and nature of socialism; analyzing the Chinese and Foreign development theory and practice experience; the request of the development of contemporary socialism with Chinese characteristics turning into a new stage.The second part combs the main connotation of"people-oriented"idea. At the beginning this article concerns with the essential connotation of putting people first. First, this article analyzed the"person"meaning from three aspects:"individual meaning","community meaning"and"type meaning". Then concrete explains three layers meaning of"oriented". Basing on these, combining the important talk spirit of CPC's central leader, and aiming at the misty understanding for people-oriented, the thesis makes a concrete definition to the concept of "people-oriented"and analyzes thoroughly the differentiation between this thought and related concept. End, the article analyzes their long-term exploring and practice to humanist idea in the order of the Party's central collective leadership with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao at its core, and also discusses the party's theory visual field of"people-oriented"in corresponding period.The third part mainly discusses the value meaning of"people-oriented"idea. This is introduced from two layers: the theoretical value and practical significance of this idea. See from the theoretical value first, people-oriented is the inheritance and development of Marxist humanist idea, is the enrichment and sublimation of our Party's ruling idea, is the new stage of the outlook on development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Secondly from practice meaning, it will exerts an important significance in the freedom and complete development of human beings, in the improvement of our Party's ruling ability and strengthening the legitimacy of the ruling Party, in the construction of harmonious socialist society. The article also particularly points out: people-oriented have great valuable significance to all over the world, It not only has the importance of local meaning, but also has importance of international meaning.The fourth-part mainly analyzes existent problem and its counter plan in carrying out"people-oriented"completely. The article thinks that the obstacle factors which influence carrying out the thought involve each aspect of politics, economy, culture, and society...etc. This paper mainly analyzes them from three angles of view:"compulsion of thing","compulsion of person", and"political and social system mechanism obstacle"...etc. To the path problem of overall implementation of people-oriented, the article mainly put forward a concrete counter plan from six realms, such as thought, economy, politics, culture, society, ecosystem...etc: (A)to renew the development principle, build up development view of putting people first ;(two)to thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development, guarantee the citizen's economic rights ; (three) to strengthen socialism political civilization construction, guarantee the citizen's political rights ; (four) to strengthen socialism cultural construction, carry out the citizen's cultural rights ; (five) to strengthen people's livelihood construction, provide a society guarantee ; (six) to persist ecology development, promote the harmonious relationship between human and the nature.
