The Study Of China's Cyber-political Supervision

As the global information and networking develops rapidly, China's network react to the reality of political system obviously in recent years, in which the sound functioning of cyber-political oversight has become a big bright spot of the country's political supervision system—who is playing an increasingly important role. As an academic hot spot, the importance of the phenomenon of China's cyber-political supervision requests to strengthen the research in the field.This paper aims at a systematic and comprehensive analysis of China's cyber-political supervision. The case studies will explore the issue on general theory of China's cyber-political supervision, including network characteristics, values, risk and so on. First of all, this article discriminates basic concepts such as supervision, political oversight, network monitoring, cyber-political supervision and its basic theories; and then analyses typical cases of China's cyber-political supervision, includes quantitative observations about the network anti-corruption, to summarize general characteristics of the China's cyber-political supervision; derives the meaning in the development of China's democratic politics, calls for more healthy, more rapidly developed cause of the cyber-political supervision. By the same time, the article dig deep in the shortcomings or drawbacks of cyber-political supervision, which warns we must correctly analyze the dual nature of things that need for enough vigilance. On this basis, the article exploratory analysis of the effectiveness of China's cyber-political supervision, its meaning and status in China's political monitoring mechanism, its value of building China's political democracy and sum up the issue from the debate of hope for democracy in China.
