On The Research Of China's Criminal Reward System

In modern society,people pay more and more attention to the relationship between cost and efficiency, by reward from the public for help, not only can make up their own time and space limitations and save transaction costs, but also conform to the requiremnts of market-directed Economy. In some major difficult cases China's public security organs appeared to be incapatable due to objective reasons such as lack of police or limitde funds.Application of criminal reward in criminal investigation will undoubtedly reduce prsessure of the public security organs in dealing with major difficult cases and improve efficiency of investigation.lack of police in handling cases with limited funds, these objective reasons for this. If the reward in the investigation process to use the way, this will undoubtedly reduce the public security organs in dealing with major cases the pressure to improve detection efficiency.Eestablishment of criminal reward system in our country is far from perfect, because it has not formed a relatively integrated legal institutions in China. criminal reward has no rule to follow in practice, and it results in a lot of legal loopholes. This artcle make some proposal in the establishment of criminal reward system in order to make it play a more important role in socialty and become complement of tradition criminal investigation means.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the criminal reward. To collect evidence of a crime, to identify the needs of the real merits of the case, there is conducive to solving the problem of asymmetric possession of criminal information arise from the limitation of judicial resources .It is conducive to efficiency of the proceedings and strengthening the investigation work force participation of the masses as well as the transparency of detective work, China's comprehensive management of social order at the present, combating and crime prevention needs of five investigative procedures demonstrated the need to introduce criminal reward.
