As an atypical contract, there is few research about the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract, however, in fact there are a lot of disputes for the operators act against the legitimate interests of consumers because of the Undue Influence. Undue Influence evolves from the remedying parochialism of traditional duress in the equity court. In generally, Undue Influence is an important kind of the untrue declaration of will or the qualification of the express of will just as Error, Fraud, Duress. It has not the Undue Influence in china'Contract Law, resulting in inadequate protection of the legitimate interests. Therefore, this article will introduce the Undue Influence in the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract in order to remedy the maximum protection disadvantaged groups.As the starting point of the nature of the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract and the Undue Influence, this article combines the theory of common law and the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract in order to analysis the reason and the type of the Undue Influence in the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract. The conclusion of this paper is that undue influence as a system which gives remedy to the party who has been damaged because of the other party's undue persuasion, it have great value of theory and practice. I think we should apply the revocation in the contract law to protect the interests of consumer in the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract. Besides, there are many ways to supervise for the Undue Influence , such as the Government Departments, Industry Association, Consumers'Association. Through the way of supervision, I not only hope to regulate the Undue Influence in the Hairdressing and Beauty Contract ,but also hope to improve the market in good order.
