Marxist Theory Of "Liberal Individuality" And Its Contemporary Significance

Freedom is the main melody in the long human history of civilization since ancient times. The whole human history of civilization is a development history of freedom in which human beings strive for self-liberation. Marx divided the development of human freedom into three historical stages from the macroscopic point of view. The elaboration of human freedom development is a highly scientific summary of the development history of human freedom. He pointed out that the first is the primitive social state based on the interdependence of individuals, the second is man's independence relying on material, the third is the form of free personality established on the comprehensive development of individuals.As the needs of social practice, it concerns toward the freedom of human personality development, come to realize that the problem of people has an important position in the Marxist theoretical system and the socialist modernization. Every man's full-scale and free development is the Marxist value ideality, as well as the highest realm of man's development. In reality, the full-scale and free development of human beings has a characteristic of relativity in terms of the scope and the extent. But we are really approached "the Kingdom of Freedom".The paper based on Marx and Engels's theory of liberal individuality, concern about development of the Marxist, while based on the Chinese people's historical status and progress, and proposed the number of realization of human development way in contemporary China.
