Ethical Reflections On Participation Of Civilian And Politics

Political participation of Civilian is a common phenomenon in modern democratic society. As the core of democracy, political participation of citizens in maintaining and achieving the public interests and civilian rights are affecting the Government to establish, government personnel selection and public policy development and implementation activities of behavior. Activities such behavior of citizens not only political, but moral and its moral and political participation on the performance of both in the civil rights and obligations of the entity, but also the expression of interests of citizens or political life of the achievement of a reasonable consensus on the path. Therefore, the broad political participation doesn't necessarily mean that differences and conflicts, on the contrary. It often can reconcile their differences with conflicts, and promote the stable development of democracy, society and individual, the individual and the individual win-win.The influence of traditional political culture, the existing limitations inhere in the democratic mode of political participation and the quality which is somehow low, the current political participation of civilian also exists a series of ethical deficiencies, the lack of political and ethical aspects of participation in the system, such as the single political participation, political participation of non-whole nature of political participation, the majority of the results of decisions; also individuals'aspects, such as the light of public interests, the co-optation, threats of violence. In the current pursuit of social stability and development in general, people lives happily and healthily today. Political participation is lack of ethics in both of these which damages the interests of the social community, also affecting the maintenance and realization of individual rights of citizens and political participation in itself is clearly the moral purpose and values contrarily. Therefore, we must take effective measures to guide the political participation of citizens and regulations.We believe that, to effectively overcome the current political participation that exists in ethical shortcomings, it should follow the corresponding moral philosophy. Safeguarding and realizing the public interests and civilian rights which are the moral purpose of political participation, political participation is the moral purpose of its decision to follow the structure of moral philosophy, that is the public interests philosophy, ideas of equality, freedom of ideas, the concept of tolerance. Of course, not only these moral ideas are to be effective compliance and achievement, but some subjective and objective conditions, we must build up the political culture of citizen participation and cultivate sound moral character of citizens and political participation mechanism of citizens.In short, we only face the moral shortcomings in the existing political participation, will continue its reflection and actively take measures to improve and perfect it to achieve more effective moral values of political participation, safeguard and realize the public interests and civilian rights.
