A long-standing North Korean nuclear issue is one of the issues that has attracted the attention of the international community. Formation and evolution of the North Korean nuclear crisis have profound historical background and deep-seated reasons which includes the contest of national interests and foreign strategies of the United States and the DPRK, as well as some complexed problems related to multi-national strategic interests. The direct parties of North Korean nuclear crisis, the United States and the DPRK, on the one hand adhere to their own interests objectives and policies which have been intensifying the conflict, on the other hand they are reluctant to upgrade the North Korean nuclear crisis, so the two sides launch a nuclear crisis game, which also makes the North Korean nuclear problems constantly repeated, protracted. Game of the crisis between the U.S. and North Korea has made many great simmering war, but also serious brought threats to peace and stability of the East Asian region. "Negative" end of the nuclear crisis game is not the result that the United States and North Korea and East Asian countries want. Therefore, the six-party talks on peace mechanism pioneered by China's diplomatic efforts is to be the universally accepted way of resolving the Korean nuclear issue. However, the complexity of the nuclear issue has made six-party talks e repeatedly stalled. Deadlock in the face of the North Korean nuclear crisis, China and the relevant major powers should continue their efforts to restart six-party talks, to promote the peaceful settlement of the North Korean nuclear crisis towards a new milestone...
