Research On Application Of Interest Measurement In Plaintiff's Qualification In Administrative Litigation

The plaintiff's qualification in administrative litigation is an important and significant problem.The present law about plaintiff's qualification is insufficient for the practice of judicature.One reason for this is the limition of wrttien law,the other one is the neglection of the method in the practice of judicature.To be aimed at the absence of the method in the practice of judicature.This article introduces the "Interest Measurement".As an important method of law explanation,it means that when the judge encounters a "loophole" or the indistinct of the law,the judge can use the "interest measurement "to solve the problem.
