Study On The Proper Intervention Of Executive Power In Modern Logistic Industry

Modern logistic, which is called the third source of profits, is considered as one the most important industry for the development of social economy for its function of transporting social resource. However, logistic in China is not well developed, since its develop history is too short. Until now, there is no authoritative theory on the proper intervention of executive power in modern logistic industry. Fortunately, the author has the practice experience of working in the logistic company in our province. All above, these are the mutative reasons for this paper.This paper points out problems on improper intervention of executive power in modern logistic industry from over and less executive aspects through analyzing the recent logical situation. It is aimed to define the criterion for the proper intervention so as to direct practice with the help of administrative principles.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the instruction of modern logistic industry through the definition, differences with original logistic and the important place in social economy. The second part points out problems on over and less intervention of executive power in modern logistic industry. Based on the theoretic analysis, it is aimed to set up the standard for intervention of executive power. The third part is theories on the proper intervention from the aspects of principles, methods, scope and criterion. In the last part, the author gives some advice on it by learning from well-developed logistic countries or area, in order to improve the development of modern logistic in China.
