Research On The Problem Of Relating Proberty In Criminal Justice

In the criminal justice activities, it is significant to identify and handle property involved in a case correctly, which related to the protection of civil property rights. In this paper, the meaning and the classification of the property involved in criminal justice has been described, and related legislation has been introduced briefly. On this basis, this paper has an overview of the relevant provisions of criminal law, and focus on the problems and improvement of provision of the property involved in criminal justice.
