The First Study On The Privatization Of Welfare Field In Administrative Law View

As a beneficial attempt of public-private-partnership, the privatization already becomes one kind of worldwide basis public administration reform phenomenon. Since China's reform and opening up to outside world, the reform trend of privatization has been appeared with the decrease of government regulation. Privatization has been practiced in welfare field, which is often called "socialization". But perspectives, especially administrative jurisprudence hasn't put focus on the privatization. Due to the lack of legal theoretical investigation, lots of problems appeared in the practice of privatization. We believe, that researches on the basic of the comparison and study of other countries'legal and mode is the only way to solve problems and better protect private rights.
