Since the reform and opening up,China's modernization has made tremendous achievements.But with the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing plentiful material needs,moral decline phenomena are appeared little by little.So to strengthen ideological and political education is a major global issue which needs to solve urgently. China is in a critical period of social development,so we must take effective ways of ideological and political education to promote our country's spiritual civilization. The path and measures of ideological and political education in china,have experienced a quite long historical period,which from ancient to modern China. During the period,abundant experiences in the ideological and political education have been formed and accumulated. But with the change of the object and envioronment of ideological and political education, the measures should also keep pace with the times.In this case, it is necessary to learn about the experiences and achievements from other countries on the basis of original measures in china. As a country whose economic is flourishing, Singapore has made tremendous economic benefits after the founding of the country. Besides, Singapore takes earth-shaking changes in economic, political, cultural and other aspects than before, which can not separate from effective methods of moral education. Such as cognitive approach, values clarification and so on which were formed on the basis of drawing on the experience of Western educational theory, and community education, religious education and the construction of Anti-Corruption which full of Singapore's features.In addition, to protect the effect of ideological and political education, Singapore government took measures both in management and education. On one hand, they connectted family education and social education together, on the other hand, they combined the law with rule of virtue.In this article, author extracted the essence and advantages of the implementation measures of Singapore ideological and political education, which based on the deeply analysis on ideological and political education both in China and Singapore. Author tried to digest all the information to enrich and improve the system of implementation measures of china ideological and political education, to meet its development though continuous innovation. In the first part, author summarized researches of the implementation measures and path of the ideological and political education and achievements conducted from domestic and foreign scholars related to these aspects. Partâ…¡reviewed the historical development of the implementation and path of China's ideological and political education. In the third part, author illustrated the evolution of the implementation measures and path of ideological and political education in Singapore. In the fourth part, author analyzed the difference measures and path of ideological and political education between China and Singapore as well as the cause. In the fifth part, through the above comparisons, analysis and research, author was mainly to seek the implementation model which agree with china's requirements on economic, social and cultural development so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Author hoping to improve the implementation system of china's ideological and political education though this paper.
