Study On Legal Issue Of Bearing Right

The bearing is a very important event in human beings to survive and multiply. In the long history of human, bearing in the human's own productive and reproductive activities play an important role. No human reproduction, we can not have our present and future. Continuous development of human society, people's bearing attitudes are constantly changing. With regard to bearing right in the event disputes also showed a rising trend, the issue of bearing right will become a widespread concern. Therefore, to study the bearing right is not only conducive to a rich theoretical system better able to maintain social harmony and stability.By analyzing several typical cases of bearing right, raised the issue of bearing rights. By combining the relevant legal norms, the author analyzes the case of the existence of reproductive rights issues.
