The high-speed development and progress of network technology will take human society into a true Internet era.This new world which relies on a virtual space,making it easier for producers and sellers to go to the world to achieve the globalization of production and operation.Especially,This can enhance the brand value.At the same time,we must also note the potential risks on the Internet. With the development of Internet trade, a variety of new infringement problems has happened.Particularly trademark infringement cases had become worse.What's more,because the Internet trademark infringement disputes in various forms,it is far beyond the scope of the original Trademark Law.So the Trademark Law is difficult to play the role on protecting the network trademark.To compensate for the deficiencies of traditional trademark law,this paper takes Internet Trademark as the object of study.Through analyse the particularity of the Internet Trademark and forms of Internet Trademark infringement by comparing with the traditional trademark. At the same time learning advanced experiences from abroad and combining with China's status,I will discuss the problem how to strengthen the protection of internet trademark right. Such issues as the network identification standards for trademark infringement, tort accountability, tort damages, as well as how to improve the judicial system in China in related fields is the focus of this thesis. The purpose is to be able to deepen our understanding of the network trademark infringement,to rich the theory of China's network Trademarks,and to provide some theoretical proposals for the improvement of Trademark Legal Protection System.
