| The aim of clinical legal education is to improve students'communication skills and vocational accomplishment, to make them realize the truth of law and social liability. To reach this goal, it is imperative for a legal clinic to make a series of rules and standards relating to case dealing. Analyzing issues raised from every step of case handing is an essential way for standardization of the case handling. These issues include but not limited to orientation of students'status, clear recognition of students'rights and responsibilities, the value and exertion of simulation performance, and how to direct and standardize vital actions in each step of case handling. The premise of this research is certainty of the criteria of the case range. It is very needed for students to have instructive rules and standards so as to influence the effectiveness of students'case handling and the realization of the aim of the clinical legal education. It is also a kind of responsibility for an assistant to give feasible suggestions on resolving issues existed in legal procedures students may be involved in. This research will be significant for the future development of the clinical legal education. |
