However, we must remember, for the differences of the economic and social developing level, the culture and the historical tradition, although the international society regulating the child labor has earned some effect, the problem is far to be resolved.The child labor emerged again in the market economy of the contemporary China. Maybe there are many causes from the legislation to the enforcement and from the economic poor to the profit wanting. But the child labor is unbearable. Therefore, we must face the child labor reality, and participating the international legislation and respect the international pacts, and perfecting the legal regulating the child labor from the labor law, the education law and the firm law.
