Research On The Application Of Formal And Substantive Examination Of Company Registration

In view of the rising occurrence of administrative lawsuits and administrative review arising out of companies registry's examination way to the registration of enterprises which values more formal examination then substantive examination, this article will research the coordinated application of formal examination and substantive examination in the company registration, analyze the core issues of substantive examination and further explore and perfect the examination and approval criteria for company registration based on current cases. For purpose of achieving the harmonization of examination conducted both by companies registry and judiciary authority, reducing the occurrence of administrative lawsuits and review arising out of examination dispute and enhancing the legal construction of business administration, the author will hereby give out his ideas and proposal from the feature of examination of company registration.
