The Research On Unified Platform Program Of Shenyang E-Government

As the extent of information is increasingly improved across the world, the status of E-Government is also enhanced in the urban development. The key of urban E-Government is to construct the Unified Platform. The construction of Unified Platform is a critical and important issue which is solved urgently to Shenyang and even more other cities. All-sided and systemic research on program of E-Gov unified platform has a signal in promoting the development of E-Gov and information level in the whole society.This article is mainly written from four aspects for illustrating the project of E-Gov unified platform in Shenyang.First of all, the article profoundly researches the theories of E-Gov unified platform, system-supported platform and insurances of informational security. Secondly, the article analyze some developments in Shenyang city , home and abroad. Through the analysis and comparison, some problems are discovered in construction of E-Gov unified platform in Shenyang. The problems exist in barrier of administrative system, lack of the international sandwich, deficient resource-conformity and short of the application. Thirdly, the specific program is proposed to solve those problems. It involves instructional ideas, constructive rules, specific contents and operational method. This part is the core of the whole article. Finally, in order to carry the program successfully out some measures are provided in organization, policy, external circumstance and supervision.The conclusion illustrate the intension and significance in constructing E-Gov unified platform. Also it has a prospect for the construction of E-Gov unified platform in Shenyang in the future.
