Analysis On Population Flow Status And Impact Of Hebei Province

Since 1990s, with the continuous deepening of Chinese reforms and opening up, the socialist market economic system has played a positive role of guidance for the effective allocation of labor resources in its own continuous improvement process.As the product of Development of the market economy,frequent occurrence of substantial labor mobility has become a huge social group which can not be ignored, and has the widespread concern in society.Population flow has the certain impact on the socio-economic development. In this paper, the specificity of geographical location of Hebei Province is the starting point for analysis, combined with Demography, Sociology, Statistics and other related disciplines, mainly through the fifth census data and 2005 1% population sample survey data collation in Hebei Province, to analyse the province of population mobility, inter-provincial movement of population, the floating population constitute of the reasons for changes, we can obtain the Hebei flow characteristics of floating population, and on the basis of this,we further analyzed the relation between population mobility of Hebei Province and socio-economic development, and then put forward the related countermeasures to promote population flowing in the Hebei Province orderly:to have the correct understanding of the phenomenon of population mobility; to optimize the related policies;to promote talents flowing in the rational way;put the population movement into the town development plan.According to further analyze the population flows status and impact of Hebei Province, we can effectively promote the population flow in Hebei Province to legalization and standardization, furthermore, this also play a positive role for the overall planning of Hebei Province and the harmonious development of society.
