| For China, after the Thirty years' reform and opining up, it was profound changes which have taken place in the construction of society that brought forth the Emerging Social Strata.The Emerging Social Strata are the inevitable results of thoroughly apply the primary stage of socialism's basic theory, line, program and experience. They are the productions of the productive forces and socialist market economy. They are the constructors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The contradictions between the Emerging Social Strata and other strata are just the no antagonistic ones among the people. However, not only are the Emerging Social Strata growing up in the period of social transition, but also the inner structures are complicated. For the reasons, such contradictions have arisen significantly, and then, negative arguments appeared in a while. They were questioning the Party's governance capability, and misunderstanding the policies to enrich people. Therefore, how to take a scientific evaluation on their attributes? How to make an unbiased appraisal? How to leading the Emerging Social Strata to a prosperous orientation? They are the essential targets to overcome in the dissertation.The dissertation is followed the guidance of Marxist class theory, Weber's stratum theory and comprehensive use of the knowledge of Marxist philosophy, sociology and political science and economics.The intention of the dissertation is to put the Emerging Social Strata in front of the public veritably.
