The Study On Duty-related Crimes In Colleges Major: Higher Education

In recent years, duty-related crimes in colleges have become such a major problem that it should be studied on and further prevention should be implemented immediately. The consequences of duty-related crimes in colleges are widespread and severe, causing serious and far-reaching harzard.Therefore, it has now become an urgent task in the rapid and healthy development of higher education that to actively probe into a new prevention mechanism of such crimes and to strengthen the relative precaution work in colleges.Attaching importance on prevention is to solve the problems such as the base of education is not solid, the system is imperfect and the supervision is not forceful.This paper starts from duty-related crimes in colleges and probes into the causes and characteristics of duty-related crimes in colleges.Based on that,the author thinks the main cause of the high frequency of duty-related crimes in colleges is the imperfect system and ineffective implement. If system is not implemented, cure and prevention cannot achieve significant results.The key to prevent and cure duty-related crimes effectively is to strengthen the restriction and supervision of power.It requires the in-depth discussion of following aspects:to understand the administrative system in Chinese universities and clarify the relationship between schools and administrative departments; understand the operation system of the financial management in university;understand the allotation and use of university funds so as to improve the efficiency in the use of university funds. At last,weighing the analysis above,the author puts forward the objectives,the principles and the development trends of the prevention mechanism of duty-related crimes.
