Knowing oneself and the other side, we must think what China should do to realize the healthy and stable development between China and US relation. First, we should enhance "hard power". Therefore, we should develop at a better and faster speed to promote the national economy. This is the solid foundation of the healthy and steady development between the relation of China and America; we should positively develop economics and trade intercourse with America; and enhance our national defense capability, and set up a new picture in the national defense and army modernization; we should improve self-creative capability to build innovation country. Next, we must promote "soft power". we must develop advanced culture of socialism and enforce our cohesionability, meanwhile we have to disseminate the Chinese national outstanding culture to guide the international consensus, and figure a warmer and more positive Chinese image. Once more, we should advocate democracy and strengthen Chinese special socialism democratic and political construction and develop folk conversation in the case of non-government, and promote mutual understanding between the publics. Finally, we should pursue strategy, the first is to persevere, and the second is to apply. We insist on the peaceful development, and carry on independent and peaceful diplomacy policy, and set up a good diplomatic image in the world; we should exert political functions and influence of people who stayed in US, and use "the American typed democracy" to serve for me as an important channel.
