Study On The Construction Of Participant Political Culture In Contemporary China

The research about construction of the participant political culture is a need to study in the contemporary politics, and it is "the software" part in the political institution, which belongs to the energetic category in the political institution, and this kind of energetic category is the reflection of the economic and social phenomenon, at the same time, it will affect the social development and the stability. Therefore, we not only study "the hardware" part of the political system, but on the "the software" of the participant political culture, so it can become an important research method. At present, our country is in the historical transformation of the reform and development, there is a great development in the aspects of the economy, the politics, the culture and the society, with this related, people's value orientation, thought idea, and the behavior have also had the deep changes. In order to adapt to the changes, we must play the positive role of the participant political culture construction, cultivate and construct the Chinese characteristic participant political culture with suitable for China in the new period, so as to ensure the career smoothly for the economy and society in the contemporary China.The article is based on the Marxist theory, and studying the participant political culture since the founding of the nation and the reform and open-up policy specially, which is composed of the foreword, text, concluding remark. In section one, the participant political culture starts with the core values of the participation, equality and democracy as the connotation of the democratic political culture, according to the development course of the participant political culture: before the 30 years of reform and opening-up and after the 30 years of reform and opening-up, the author thinks the development of the participant political culture experienced twice transformation with the establishment, backwards, integration and innovation, formed Mao zedong thoughts, Deng Xiaoping theory and the "three represents", the scientific development concepts as the basic guiding principles. In section two, the article elaborates the inevitability from three aspects of the theory, intrinsic inevitable and the external inevitable inevitability, and analyzes the valuable function performance from three aspects about the political institution, the political process and the community policy. Then the article analyzes the present situation of the Chinese participant political culture, on this basis, discussed the problems faced with and its reasons from the domestic and foreign environment and the political main body factors. At last, the paper proposes the basic ideas and goals, objective strategies, political main factors of the solution about the construction in the Chinese characteristic participant political culture system. The conclusion points out that it can enrich the theories of the participant political culture in the reform and development, promote the development of the Chinese socialist political culture, accelerate the process of the Chinese political modernization, so as to satisfy the development in the economy and the society of the political needs.
