The Problems And Countermeasures Study Of Military Cyberculture Construction

The military cyberculture is the representative of our party and an important position of news dissemination in our army. Along with the embedment of military informative construction, the military network culture becomes a necessary party of military culture construction and has very important effect on improving the stuff of officers and soldiers and innovating form of politics work. Based on the introduction of military cyberculture theory, the thesis expatiates the definition, rudimental speciality, factors and functions of military cyberculture systemically, and introduces the aims, principles, contents and estimating ways of the military cyberculture construction, and analyzes the relationships of military cyberculture & general cyberculture and military cyberculture & military traditional culture, and then points out the problems of military cyberculture, such as the disaccord of construction, administration and use, imbalance of development, inadequate of use rate and insufficiency of function exertion. In succession, the reasons which induce the problems have been analyzed in detail based on the factors of military cyberculture. And some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the construction of military cyberculture are proposed, including guidance thought, organization, system construction and concrete measures, such as the material countermeasures about theory, the public voice, organization, dissemination, systems, some bottleneck limitation problems about persons with ability, equipments and finance etc. Finally, a series of countermeasures and advices are proposed by investigating the concrete instance and the problems of military cyberculture construction, and the effect is analyzed too.
