Meanwhile, it is easy to cause the problem of social disorder, dislocation of the economy, psychological unbalance, etc., which may make many unstable factors and therefore lead to public crisis frequently. This thesis analyses on the basis of constructing a harmonious society and based on the current system for public crisis management in our country, makes a careful analysis of the major achievements of the existing system for crisis management in our country, as well as the existed questions, learn from successful experience of the crisis management in the developed countries and theoretical and the latest research in academic circles both at home and abroad on this issue, our country has been improving the government's system for public crisis management: 1. To strengthen the legal system of the crisis management; 2. To intensify the consciousness education of the crisis management; 3. To perfect the organization system of the crisis management; 4. To complete the early warning mechanism for the crisis management; 5. Set up a long-term financial guarantee mechanism for the crisis management; 6. To improve the system of"accountability"for public crisis management; 7. To complete the information communication system comprehensively and effectively; 8. To enhance and improve the overall emergency measures of public safety and the reserve and development for equipment. The purpose of this thesis is that to arouse the attention to the relevant departments and further improve our government's public crisis management mode, with a view to preventing crisis and reducing the losses caused by the crisis, in which it may play a role in building of a socialist harmonious society and realizing the long-term peace and stability of society. |
