Hackers are a master at technology in the network, they can use a variety of technical means to steal user's private information on internet, which led to the question of ethical hackers. Ethics Crisis of blog also includes the use of non-standard language, online pornography, the proliferation of violence information, which they are, intentionally or unintentionally, to cause a violation of personal privacy.The ethical values of protection of network privacy are proved from five aspects: firstly, it reflects the personality of the person; secondly, it provides space for the free development of people; thirdly, it reinforces the awareness of human rights; fourthly, it upholds the dignity of people; fifthly, it guaranteed the peace of society. Thus, moral measures controlling privacy is very necessary. We need to promote the individual's moral self-discipline, enhance the self-protection awareness of privacy, strengthen network user's education and strict network supervision, those will achieve the protection of privacy and promote the network healthy development.
