The issue of human rights has developed a long time and is one of the hot spot topics in Modern times. People around the world have different views on the issue of human rights, some even in sharp opposition. Nowadays under the increasingly fierce of the international struggle for human rights,which has great theoretical and practical significance to our adhering to the Marxist concept of human rights and further advancing the development of China's human rights for. This paper is to study and research human rights theory in the Renaissance through Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method,based on the data collection and the absorption and reference to research results from both at home and abroad.This paper is divided into five parts: namely introduction,overview of human rights during the Renaissance,the historical analysis of human rights during the Renaissance,the Renaissance of the logical analysis of human rights,the evaluation and enlightenment human rights during the Renaissance.In this paper,the first part is introduction that analyzes the significance,research status and methods of human rights in the Renaissance. The second part is about the outline of human rights in the Renaissance. Firstly,it analyzes the seeds of human rights-Stoics ideological,summarizes the human rights of the Stoics which is based on the equality and natural law,and makes a brief assessment. Secondly,it introduces the first author of the concept of human rights - Dante and the source of the Marxist ideology of human rights - Thomas More. The third part is about the historical analysis of human rights in the Renaissance. From a historical dimension,the Renaissance is divided into early stage and late stage,and respectively describes the initial manifestation in politics from the rights of subsistence,development,freedom,equality,happiness,property and human rights. The fourth part is about the logical analysis of human rights in the Renaissance. It analyzes the philosophical foundation of human rights during the Renaissance - connotation of humanism and the value of the provisions,as well as the analysis of historical function which is generated and formed in the Renaissance. In the Renaissance,the reason why the human rights can develop is due to the base of humanism philosophical. Humanism is the main line of human rights development at that time,and the developments of them are complement each other.The last part of paper is based on the analysis of the historical role of human rights and limitations in the Renaissance,and describes the enlightenment of human rights in the Renaissance to China. Although the human rights in the Renaissance play a key role in the history of human rights development,in essence,it is the abstract human rights which centres in the individualism and focuses on some most basic human rights. We will not only recognize its function, but also its limitations. Classic Marxist writers has made a comprehensive analysis about the bourgeoisie's human rights,so our country should select the essence and abandon the dross,which is beneficial to application.
