With the deeply growth of the reform-and-open, China has entered into a comprehensive and profound social transition period and Market intermediary agency is its inevitable products, accompanied by which, party construction in them is a new thing.The paper puts forward the definition of market intermediary agency and its main features by analyzing its basic concept in the past. Through a lot of statistical data and cases, the paper recommends that we have made some achievements in the aspects of party and party members team construction in market intermediary agencies, but there are still six problems need to be solved. That is, small coverage of party organizations, unbalance in carrying out party construction work, less and unattractive organizational activity mode, weak target on education and management to party members, small number of new party members, unobvious vanguard and exemplary role from party members. According to the theory of organizational behavior, the paper analyzes the causes of related problems of party construction works. That is, constraints from market intermediary agencies'characteristics, the influences of negative attitudes from market intermediary agency groups, imperfect party construction work system of market intermediary agencies and their "ecological environment" is need to be improved urgently. Meanwhile, the paper has proposed countermeasures to solve the problems as follows, to establish correct philosophy, to innovate management system, to accurately determine its role and function, to establish scientific mode of party organization construction, to find right ways in bringing them into full play, to strength and improve the development, education and management works to party members and to create good environment for party construction in market intermediary agencies.
