Development Concept Of Constitutionalism

Development concept are the fundamental point of view about the development and changes of things, whether and how develop and change, and are the main components of worldview. Materialist dialectics of the development concept provides the most general principles of methodology for people to learn about the things and their development which is by contact,compehensive, development pointof view of the world.Constitutional are not only statisc results of political development ,but also are dynamic process. Constitutional are the course of development from imperfect to perfect. How constitutional government, how the relationship between the concept of development is, how constitutional develop to embody the unity of reason and value. Try to give answers is the purpose of writing this article .This article is divided into three parts. The first part is to solve basic problem of development concept itself. Retrospectiving the development history of evolution and beyond in this chapter ,hope to conduct a comprehensive grasp of its meaning. The second part is to explore the construction of the constitutional concept of development questions, respectively, resulting from the constitutional theory, constitutional theory and practice of development difficulties, especially for the constitutional relationship between the concept and development to demonstrate. The third part focused on the basic requirements of the harmonious development of the constitutional to play the significance of constitutional construction. for my country.
