The Study On The Construction Administrative Accountability System In China

In recent years ,Administritive Accountability system will become a bright point in a new political reform in China and it has great signifiance for China's govement construction. For this reson , I take my gradudtion thesis by"The study on the Construction Administrative Accountability System".It hopes to search paths and provide some valuable suggestions for the AAS inprovement. The logic and structures of this thesis is as follows: the first chapter is divided into three sections. It contains the AAS from the connotation,conception, and the basic theory. The second chapter discusses the necessity of the AAS. It elaborates the basic theory of AAS;the system foundation of AAS;the realistic foundation of AAS. The third chapter discusses the development of Western developed countries. These can be the excellent example of the accountability system to us. The fourth chapter is the focus in thesis. It is designed into two parts. It contains the present situation in china and the measures of improving the AAS.
