The Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Governing Capability Of CPC And The United Front

The Decision of Strengthening the Governing Capability Made by Central Committeeof CPC has been given at the forth session of the 16th CPC. This is the strategic decisionmade by CPC, with regarding to the actual construction both in the international and in thedomestic situation, and also regarding the construction of the CPC while absorbing thelessons from the governing party of foreign countries. The United Front has always been withthe construction of governing capability of CPC is closely related, closely linked. Just likewhat Hu Jintao has stressed at the 20th National United Front Work Conference,"toconsolidate and develop the United Front is the most important part to improve the governingcapability of CPC. It is the inevitable requirement to strengthen the governing capability andfulfill the mission of governing the country. To strengthen and enlarge the United Front is themain task of improving the governing capability, a task to develop the socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, a task to enforce the Chinese national cohesiveness. So it is necessary toexplore and analyse the relationship between the United Front and the governing capability ofthe CPC.This paper attempts to historical research, analyse and carding the relationship betweenthe party's governing capacity-building and the United Front in the broader context of theCPC's history, and try to reveal the inner relationship and interactive laws between the UnitedFront and the governing capability of the CPC; fully explore the United Front to strengthenthe party's capability to govern the status of the construction of a magic weapon; analyse theprotecting function of strengthening the governing capability of CPC in consolidating andexpanding the United Front of the new century.
