On Strategies Of Preventing The Crime Of Forcibly Seizing Property By Speeding Vehicles

In recent years,the act of the perpetrator's snatching properties by employing speeding motor vehicles(the so called crime of "snatching property with speeding motor vehicles") has become a common kind of property violating crime which is of serious nature,committed with disgusting manners, and is ill famed in large and medium-sized cities in China.As the crime of "snatching property with speeding motor vehicle" is characterized by quick mobility of committing crimes,fast getaway from the scene of crime,brief committing time,few evidence being left,difficulty to arrest and obtain evidence,and serious damages to victims and properties,it severely violates the property right of citizens and threatens personal safety of citizens.It has long become the focus of combating by judicial bodies of all levels,and a persistent ailment of the social comprehensive regulation,and therefore has aroused great concern from the government and the whole society.The thesis first briefs on the act of "snatching property with speeding motor vehicle" and then analyzes the characteristics,causes and consequences of it, and finally discusses the precautions against the crime of "snatching property with speeding motor vehicle" by public security agencies and proposes a series of countermeasures.With a combination of phenomena study,jurisprudential discussions and proposals of counter strategies,this thesis is hoped to contribute a little to and arouse further discussion into combating the crime of "snatching property with speeding motor vehicle".
