International Criminal Court,which has set up the development of human history is a major milestone,meanwhile, Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and Rules of Procedure and Evidence for the victims of their participation in the proceedings has provided the most detailed provisions, which can be considered to be the hope of the victims.Victim's participation in the proceedings of the International Criminal Court has played a part of the whole job to protect the interests of themselves,which is really important.In general,compared with the past in international criminal justice,the participation of victims at the International Criminal Court, has the features of comprehensive,innovative,flexible. Victim participation in the proceedings of the model can be summed up as collaborative led by the initiative as a supplement. As the conclusion of this model,we can say it comes from the basis of relevant experience Two Legal development,and can be more conducive to the achieve of justice and efficiency. What's more,with it we can also better build the victim and related to the relationship between the judiciary and more fluent in the process of promoting litigation.According to the Rome Statute Article 68,paragraph 3,the victims can take part in the pre-trial stage,trial stage,and the victim appeal stage may be involved in litigation,such as statements made to the Pre-Trial Chamber can appeal in any part above.The victim can take part in pre-trial confirmation of the charges,participate in sentencing hearings and the trial declared to participate in the hearing,such as revision,in which a victim to the admissibility of the case and questioned the jurisdiction of the views put forward a proposal to phase in the above-mentioned stages of any one.Drawing on relevant International Criminal Court experience,combined with the condition of China's criminal legislation and practice,I put forward my own study, which can expand the participation of victims in criminal proceedings in our country's stage of refinement the participation of victims of China's criminal procedure,set up the psychological counseling agencies for victims in criminal proceedings in our country's.
