The Comparison Of Cross-strait Criminal Expert System

China's mainland and Taiwan belong to civil law,but the expert evaluation system and the expert system have a lot of difference.This article is intended to have a a brief comparison of cross-strait expert from the the qualifications and conditions,selection, rights,duties,responsibilities,and withdrawal of the expert.Basing on the difference between cross-strait,we analyze a number of shortcomings and the existing problems now in the Cross-strait Criminal Expert System.And make my own point in the respect of testifying in court,physical protection,and withdrawl of the expert,in order to improve expert system.
