The Study On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In The Moral Environment

In the year 2000,Wang Chunguang,who was a researcher at the Institute of Sociology Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,found that there has a modern inter-change from the survey of rural floating population.Those were called 'the new generation of migrant workers' for the first time.Most of them were born in the 1980s and flocked into the China's urban areas in the late 1990s.The paper is nine years late than Wang's survey.With regard to the objective environment,the eldest in the group survey has been 29 years old that reflected a dynamic development group.As the study on the new generation of migrant workers cover a broad field within the theoretical issues,the guidance for the practical results are not being the same as well as the different purposes,ideas and methods.Author analyzes the existing problems of this group in the moral perspective environment since the new generation of migrant workers is taken as the research object.The following three principles are grasped:firstly,adhering to historical materialism.The theory is tightly combined with practice in order to propound an optimization scheme on the moral environment of the new generation of migrant workers. Secondly,be practical and realistic.During the research process,it should be good at widening a thought through the emancipation of mind and make innovations courageously and genius in light of practical needs.Thirdly,be proceeding from the reality.To solve the problems on the moral environment of the new generation of migrant workers,it carries out the performance of theory research and the efficiency of theory achievement.This paper includes three parts:introduction,main body and conclusion.The main body consists of four parts as below:The first part is the basic theoretical part.Author gives an explanation on 'new generation of migrant workers','moral environment' and 'new generation of migrant workers' and 'moral environment'.Then it is introduced the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers that following by outlining the existing negative factors of the new generation of migrant workers within the moral environment.To adopt an effective measure is a better way to serve the group and is significant to build a well-off and harmonious society.The second part outlines the problem of the new generation of migrant workers in the moral environment.Through data collection,analysis and collation,it identifies some problems of the new generation of migrant workers within the moral environment from the environmental effects in home,school and community,social organizations,peer groups and so on.To construct a better moral environment is demonstrated in the third part.It introduces a concept of building the moral environment by analyzing the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the problems existing in the moral environment. 'People-oriented 'is the significant key to create a civilized and moral environment while the 'faimess and justice' is a necessary condition for morality.Moreover,'tolerant understanding' is a premise and 'incitement and guidance' is the internal demand.The ending part optimizes the countermeasures of the new generation of migrant workers within moral environment.The four concepts are throughout the whole paper which refers to 'people-oriented','fairness and justice','tolerant understanding' and 'incitement and guidance'.It is innovated and developed from the five aspects:to optimize the social ethics environment;to reform and improve the relevant system construction;to play the important role of the public opinion;to construct a moral environment among the employer,trade unions and the community;to strengthen professional ethics education to the administrative personnel.To sum up,this paper mainly uses the literature analysis method for deeply researching and analyzing the new generation of migrant workers and moral environment.Not only it works out the existing problems within this kind of group,but also it carries out the optimized countermeasures.The paper will be very helpful to understand the new generation of migrant workers,and thereby to enrich the academic field of the new generation of migrant workers. More importantly,it provides consult and reference for research work and application in this field in the future.
