Research On The Anomie Of The Government Administrative Act In The Process Of Urban Housing Demolition

In recent years, with further deepening of reform and opening up, China's urbanization process has been accelerated. In order to promote economic development and enhance their competitiveness, demolition is carrying through wildly in our most urban. On one hand, the urban housing demolition really changed the whole city, attracted investment, promoted local economic development, also improved the living conditions of some residents and the quality of their life; on the other hand, we also have to agree that in the process of the urban housing demolition, there is a considerable number of people's rights and interests has been violated to varying degrees, this is also the reason why the urban housing demolition becomes a hot issue in recent years.The urban housing demolition involved the government, developers, to be removed and relocated and demolition units etc, in fact, the process of the urban housing demolition is also the multi-stakeholders'process of each game.
