The Origin And Impact Factors Of The Problem Of Abkhazia

Since the collapese of the Soviet Unin before and after,the disput between Russia and Georgia almost never stop.After the color revolution,especially after the unilateral declaration of independence by Kosovo,the relationship between the two countries worsened.The reason is that June 4,2007 the leaders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia,the distrcits which asked themselves to be separated from Georgia,required the United Nation admit the independence of the two countries,after recognizing Kosovo's separation from Serbia.So this is equivalent to bundle the issus of Kosovo with the question of Abkhazia together.The issues of South Ossetia and Abkhazia dosely linked,the final settlement of Abkhazia impacts the solution of South Ossetia.These two issues directly affect the stability of the situation in Georgia.After the election in Georgia,Mikhail Saakashvili in order to realize campaign promises,he strenthend the contrd of Abkhazia and South Ossetia,finally on August 8,the war between Georgia and South Ossetia broke out.The military intervention of Russia not only makes the issue complicated but also makes the war ended in five days.August 8,2008 the war between Russian and Georgia made the tense relationship between them fall into the bottom completely.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process to study the problem of Abkhazia, from the international level,national level and individual level analysis of the impact of specific factors in the problem of Abkhazia.The settlement of Abkhazia can't without the participation of Russia,the USA and ofter countries and distrits,and also can't separated from the United Nations,the European Union,NATO and other international orgnizations,especially the development and changes of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
