This article thought that goldbrick is farmer's special survival wisdom under the special people's commune system.This article which is from the case of goldbrick,taking the underlying political Perspective and using the survival ethics theory,carries on the elaboration about the reason,the way and the consequence of the member goldbricking,as well as what attitude does the production leaders have and so on questions.Finally,this article uses game theory,free-rider theory and so other theories and replies macroscopically this question why the farmers goldbrick.This article believed that Chinese farmers are originally industrious and good,while because the farmers cannot obtain from their labor in the People's commune period and don't have autonomy and so on reasons,the commune members are very helpless: without work,must be starved;more work,can not obtain much,therefore,when the commune members work collectively there appears the phenomena that"start working like fiber,stop working like archery","work in the collective land like old cattle pull the broken vehicle,in the private plot,like Wu Song catch a tiger","make a living one day, who do not sweat"and so on.Facing different forms of the phenomena of goldbrick, different production leaders have different manners:In order to maintain the normal production order,to set up the authority,majority of production leaders begin with severe manner;However production leaders are the agents of state in the countryside,because they are not the officials,but is the commoners who are used for the officials,besides to complete their own work(for example holding a meeting,sending work and so on), production leaders also have to participate in the work together with the commune member,so that production leaders can't afford to supervise the commune member who is goldbricking;Moreover,production leaders not only don't have the normal promotion channel like other officials,but also cannot obtain the corresponding income from the country,together with an acquaintance in their own society,thereby a considerable portion of production leaders take on the phenomenon of goldbricking of "turning a blind eye" attitude.All these cause the embarrassing situations that production leaders "the supervision is not,no matter were not".
