Moral Connotation And Ethical Appeal Of Social Security

Social security is a comprehensive issue,which is influenced by many actors,such as politics,economy,society,ethics and so on.Therefore the comprehensive knowledge in the above-mentioned fields is necessary in doing the theoretical analysis of social security.On the perspective of ethics,and based on the moral connotation of the social security,this paper carries out a research about social security in china.According to the reality of Chinese social security,a series of facts,data and policies have been demonstrated,thus it put forwards some designs for political system to perfect our social security.This paper can be divided into four parts:Theoretical Basis:the ethical analysis of social security.Due to different political systems,economic levels,social and cultural backgrounds and different ideology,the items and levels of social security in each country vary,and the conception and regulation of social security may vary too.Moreover,with the social and economic development,its connotation and extension are enlarging.This part,reviewing typical points of view,points out the exact and basic meaning of social security,and then deeply analyzes the morality embodied in it.So the first part is one of the important parts.Realistic Significance:the interaction between social security and ethics.As a tie and power,ethics provides a support for the establishment and operation of social security.Meanwhile,its establishment and perfection have a positive effect on ethics and morality,and promote individual and social development,this kind of interaction is the very significance that we study the social security from the perspective of ethics.Present Situation:the prominent ethical problems during the construction of social security.Since the reform and opening up,we have made great achievement in social security through constant reforms and perfection.However,there are still a lot of problems and weakness,especially on the condition that China is stepping into the aging society,and the world-wide financial crisis even aggravates the new ethical problems.Construction of System:the ethical appeal.In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way,we shoulder consider the speeding up the construction of social security system as a significant task.After the analysis of these problems,which exist in our social security,this part mainly proposes countermeasures on the ethical level to further perfect social security.It is another important part.
