With the increasingly strength of the promotion of anti-corruption in recent years, amount of high officials were accused by the corruption, which attracts people's attention and make continuing research on it. How to deeply prevent and investigate Official Occupational Crimes (OOC) aroused greatest interest in theorists, meanwhile it is also a research subject of importance in judicial practice. Because of OOC has the feature of occurred concealed secretly and obstacles will be blocked on the way of detecting. In order to resolve such issue, the Supreme People's Procuratorate put forward measures of reforms of the integration of detecting. Such reform will realize the regional advances to the OOC complete the investigation of it by integrating the entire power of prosecutorial organization.Essentially Speaking, OOC is the extreme manifestation of the corruption of public power, as well as a behavior of abusing public power and profaning public power to reach the extent of crime. This article studies the concept of OOC and the related connotation, characteristics of OOC investigation firstly. Make a probe on related theory foundation of how to establish the integrated system of OOC investigation, analyze its internal feature, function and principles, and propose the specific method of how to realize the integrated investigation with accordance to the particularity of judicial practice at the same time. Conclusively, put forth the consummation of the external supervision to OOC investigation. Secondly, make a research on the existed problem in the integration of OOC investigation, searching for the way of resolving the questions like taking evidence in different place, pursuit for arresting, returning the booties and executing the compulsory measure, the unreasonable setup of investigation office in prosecutorial organization, the responsibility undertakes by anti-corruption bureau and anti-malfeasance bureau which leads to scramble the case and cross jurisdiction, and the problem of how to maximize the integrated investigation 's leading function of OOC investigation commanding centre. The signification of such reform is to promote the strength and efficiency of prosecutorial organization to investigate and prosecute OOC through the construction of system, to terrorize other potential perpetrators by improving the rate of solved cases, ultimately achieve the goal of prevent OOC.
