Research On Crime To Organize The Handicapped And Children Into Cadging

The Phenomenon of Cadging has emerged since ancient times.It has profound social, historical,economic,cultural and many other reasons that can not be ignored.Driven by economic interests,some people want to gain money by doing nothing but use violence or coercion to organize disabled persons to beg everywhere,which caused adverse effect all over the country.Children are flowers of the motherland and the future of the society.Although they have some physical defects,they are also an important part of our society,thus they should be respected and loved.However,those,who do not abide by the law to take the disabled and children as a criminal tool,not only force them to Cadge but also deprive them of their Cadging,which do serious harm on physical and mental health of them and infringe on their legitimate rights and interests.The emergence of "Criminal Law Amendment(â…¥)" cracks down on lawless elements,which defend the disabled and children's legal rights and interests,and stabilize the social order.This paper tries to interpret Crime to Organize the disabled and Children into Cadging from Legislative point of view,analyzes the elements of crime of Crime to Organize the Handicapped and Children into Cadging and the distinction between related offenses,and put forward some proposals.In addition to the introduction and conclusion of this article,the main content is divided into five parts:Firstly,putting forward the case and the problems.the paper briefly analyses the focus of the case and put forward related issues.Secondly,analyzing Legislative reasons of Crime to Organize the Handicapped and Children into Cadging.this section briefly analyzes Legislative reasons of this crime.Thirdly,other relevant issues of Crime to Organize the Handicapped and Children into Cadging.From the necessity of society of China of "Criminal Law Amendment(â…¥)" and related theories of the crimes,the paper carries out a systematic analysis and put forward my own views.Fourthly,the defect of crime and the proposed legislation.It analyses the defect of the crimes and proposes a number of legislative proposals.The end part puts forward countermeasures to limit the phenonmenon of organizing the disabled and children to Cadge.This section raises some suggestions from the social and judicial aspects.Hoping to fundamentally curb the occurrence of such criminal behavior,and protect the disabled and children's legal rights and interests more effectively.
