| Non-fixed term labor contract system is an important part of labor contracts in China's legal system ,which is very important to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, improve the mobilization of workers to increase the economic benefits of employing units; as a result of non-fixed term labor contract system in the design of the law fully reflects the intervention of private law, so its stability in labor relations, which plays a very important role in promoting social stability and healthy development. In this paper, compared with the use of case studies on the methods.
