Full-time juris Master profession in order to train legal professionals which is wide-caliber practical and complex for the goal.Pay more attention to the theoretical basis for the study of law and legal practice skills training,because juris master profession start late,coupled with legal education in China has always been the "theory of light practice," the tradition is the achievement of this objective there is still a long distance.In recent years,as China's legal education training model of gradually from the "personnel training Theory" mode to the "application-training" model,the mode of teaching also need to change.Moot Court for its unique teaching methods of teaching the form of the theory of unmatched came into being in some cases significantly,the current system of University School of Law,in particular the full-time Master of Laws generally used in a new mode of teaching.This mode of teaching is in line with the laws of the master's training objectives,but also full-time Master of Laws in the required course,from theory to practice is anessential link. However,this mode of teaching in practice,there are still many problems to curb its own performance into full play.As a result,this article from the Moot Court course overview about through a comparative analysis of the American Clinical Legal Education model to find the experience is worth learning,in the current full-time juris master Moot Court to carry out analysis of the status quo of course,raise problems, To address these issues,as well as to explore the characteristics of full-time Master of Laws for self-development and training objectives of the Moot Court of instructional design.In this paper,as a research paper,not only contribute to the mock court of law in this course of vocational training courses to improve teaching and research related to the content.On the issue of norms not only to study full-time juris master in order to highlight the practice-based training,human resources for the purpose of the complex features of the law and master's teaching model innovation as well as improve the development of the Legal Practitioners Law of the teachers have the ability to find the Great practical significance.
