A Study On Multi-act Crime

Multi-act crime is an important issue in criminal law. However, the study on it is yet to be deepened. Therefore, there are still sharp disagreements in various aspects of the multi-act crime, for example, the concept of multi-act crime, the types, multi-act crime revision shape and relations between multi-act crime and revelent shape of quantity-in-crime, and so on. Based on the existed papers on this issue, the paper is going to deepen the study on the above aspects of the multi-act crime, and then to bring up some of my opinions about this issue.The paper is composed of two parts, including introduction and body. The body is divided into four chapters as follows:Chapter One is mainly the general discussion about Ausfuhrung in criminal law. The unique character of multi-act crime is the inner structure of its Ausfuhrung. So it is necessary to go on an general discussion about Ausfuhrung in criminal law, beforehand. The chapter is devoted to two aspects of Ausfuhrung, including its behavior aspect and Ausfuhrung aspect.Chapter Two focuses on the following aspects: concept of multi-act crime, its characters and types, analysis of some concrete crimes. Chapter Two is the main part of the paper, which takes a deeper study on the body of multi-act crime, then reason out some conclusions about this issue.Chapter Three is about multi-act crime revision shape, including its unfinished shape and its complicity form. The former part is mainly about the following four aspects of multi-act crime: beginning of its Ausfuhrung, attempt of the crime, discontinuation of the crime and its accomplishment. The latter part is mainly about the issue whether the people without certain status are able participate in act of perpetrating by implementing acts that is not required to identity and become coprincipal with standard status crime in connection with people who are identified.Chapter Four discusses the relations between multi-act crime and revelent shape of quantity-in-crime which includes combinative crime, implicated crime, statutes' joinder crime and ect. By comparing, we can see more clearly the unique shape of multi-act crime.
