Thesis On Compromise Of Law

Currently, The problem on conflict of law has become one of the hot issues of our society, how to settle the conflict in law reasonably has become one of the problems we have to solve for the time being. On the basis of"living law", the paper analyzes the relationship between law and compromise ,and explain the condition on the compromise of law. In author's opinion, the compromise of law is possible and necessary to solve a lot of problem in accordance with the actual conditions in China. The author also frames the fundamental principles and limits for compromise of law from the freedom, competition,independent.
