Research On The Development And Perferction Of Combination System Of Litigation Mediation And People's Mediation

Since the reform and opening-up thirty years ago, China has been experiencing tremendous changes that never happened in hisrory.As all kinds of conflicts appeare, constructing harmonious society becomes an important and strategical task now and a long time in the futuer. To settle the dispute with mediating plays a important part to the construction of harmonious society. Litigation mediation and people's mediation are two important mediating forms.
