And then discusses the Mongolian periphery policy in the new century, it includes the causes, the characteristics and the effects to the Mongolia,Pacific-Asia region and even to the whole world, then forecasts the prospect of the Mongolian periphery policy in the coming ten years. I think the Mongolia existing periphery policy will last basically, but it will still face some problems during the period of the establishment and implement. At last the thesis studies the influence of the Mongolian periphery policy's implement, and thinks that the Mongolian periphery policy at the beginning of new century will bring the opportunities and challenges to China, on this foundation. The thesis puts forward the strategic counterplan of China.
