Labor relationship is the main component for social relationship in Tianjin economic technological development area (TEDA) which is an opened economic area. In other words, harmonious and stabe labor relationship will directly effect on the social development and economic development. Since the LABOR LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA has been implemented in the year of 1995, TEDA established an integrated labor relationship control system step by step according to the labor relationship and correlative law and rules, this labor relationship control system is used for instructing and controlling the labor relationship within TEDA, maintaining harmony and stability for the society.This dissertation started from the whole situation for labor relationship of TEDA. First introduced the labor relationship and labor administrative general situation, then each chapter aimed at investigating the control system, which is buildup with several control solutions for labor relationship within the zone, focusing on explaining the controlling solutions of labor relationship such as the labor contract management,labor pay collective negotiation system,employer company badge countermarking system,and censoring and recording system,functions of trade union in controlling the labor relationship within the zone,collective contract system and three parties controlling committee in labor relationship,written labor insurance censoring system from the employer company, the labor disputes arbitration, supervision for labor insurance.Along with the implementation of the LABOR CONTRACT LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA and THE LABOR DISPUTES ARBITRATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, the labor relationship of TEDA is standing in a new position and facing new challenges. Under this situation, How to modulate the traditional labor relationship control system in order to adapt new changes is one of the problems for TEDA. At the end of this dissertation, the effects in TEDA after implementing the above two laws have been analyzed in detail, and proposed some solutions and suggestions: 1. increase the power of Publicity; 2. build up the BINHAI New Area labor arbitration court or TEDA arbitration court, to be the specifically constitution for handling labor disputes case.; 3. help the employees to establish a real collective negotiation system; 4. to sufficiently play the role for the trade union in the labor relationship, especially, to deal with large scaled collective labor disputes; 5. recording the employees'recruiting and retiring in employer companies. Wish this could give some help to labor relationship in TEDA.
