Research, Issues And Current Situations Of The Publicservant Employment Examinations

The system of public servants, one standard government personal administration system, regarded as a great achievement on human being personal administration history, is the system which is commonly adopted by many countries at present in the world. The promulgation and implementation of "PRC public servant law" has institutionalized our country government personal administration system, and our government functionary of examination system has also been normalized thereafter. What's more, our country government functionary of employing examination system has brought beneficial results both to our society and to talented persons as well.With it, the functionary examination system of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region government has gradually grown up. The Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region belongs to organs of self-government of the autonomous areas, so the examination system here has its own national traits and local characteristics. However, some problems still exist, such as imperfect enlisting system, unscientific examination, and ineffective examining system, all of which need to be perfected urgently.The main body of a book aims at discussing the evolution history, characteristics, as well as the problems existing in examination system of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. Then the analysis and evaluation on these problems are made, and some practical treatments are drawn as a result. Which are pointed out as follows: perfecting a legal system to institutionalize the employment system; reinforcing the technology guarantee to make it more scientific; adjusting management to standardize it; strengthening supervision to make it socialized and developing cultural ideas to nationalize the employment system.
